How it works?

We have fixed prices: 0.60 SGD per square meter, 50.00 SGD per windows. Our understanding of cleaning after repair - the whole apartment, all exposed surfaces, furniture, bathrooms, small-sized garbage will be removed.

We have professional Karcher equipment, necessary detergents and equipment. As a rule, several people do the cleaning and we fit in one working day.

We can dry clean the furniture, if necessary. We do not take out construction waste or move furniture.

Prepare your renovated property for cleaning

Renovation cleaning addresses the dust and residue left after building work. Explain the condition of the property, its size and the areas requiring attention. A newly renovated HDB flat, condo or landed home may need more time than a routine maintenance visit.

Tell us about surfaces and residue

Identify new flooring, countertops, glass, cabinets and any materials with manufacturer care requirements. Paint, cement or adhesive residue needs separate assessment; abrasive removal can damage finishes. Builders should remove tools, loose waste and hazardous material before the cleaning visit.

Agree the work before the appointment

Review tasks and access with the independent provider before confirmation. Disposal of construction debris, specialist remediation and unsafe work are not assumed to be included. Estimates and confirmed charges are stated in SGD. For regular upkeep after renovation, see home cleaning.
